The price is shown against each product and is stated in Pounds Sterling. That price is valid for orders placed at the time the price is displayed by our webserver at www.nnwfhs.org.uk. NNWFHS members are entitled to a discount from the stated price. This discount is selected by the customer during the order process. Correct entitlement to the discount is checked when the order is processed prior to despatch. If an incorrect discount has been claimed, the customer will be contacted for rectification before the order can be despatched.
The shipping charge for an order is calculated according to the destination country and the total weight of the ordered items. The full itemised bill, including the shipping charge, is shown when you complete the order form details (including your delivery address) but before you are committed to purchasing. A nominal amount is included within the shipping charge to cover packaging. All UK deliveries are sent second class via the Royal Mail. In the UK weights up to 250 gm are sent as Large Letters and over that weight as Packets. For non-UK deliveries, items are sent Airmail as 'Small packets and printed papers'. The maximum weight for any single parcel is limited to 1 Kilogram.
Orders should be placed using the shopping basket and checkout system provided on this website. Provided you enter your e-mail address correctly in the customer details form, we will e-mail you a confirmation of your order.
At this time we only accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'NNWFHS' and sent with a copy of the order as shown on the ordering instructions. All payments must be for the full amount and in Pounds Sterling.
We will normally arrange for goods to be dispatched within 10 working days of receiving your order, unless a longer period is specified on the relevant pages of our website. If for any reason an item is unavailable, you will be notified and offered the choice of an alternative item or a refund.
NNWFHS cannot be held responsible for undelivered goods where an invalid or incorrect address is given.
Our aim is that all our customers will be completely satisfied with the quality of the goods that they buy from us. If an item is faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us with the details. We will let you know the address to return the item to. When you have returned it we will send a replacement or a refund of your payment, whichever you request.
In law you have a separate right of cancellation during a "cooling off" period. If you wish to cancel for any reason other than those listed in the previous paragraph, you have 7 clear working days from the date of receipt of the goods to let us know. If you wish to cancel under this provision, you should do so in writing, by post, to the address from which the original order was sent.
We will refund your payment on receipt of a cancellation notice and the returned goods. You must return the goods to us at your own expense and you have a statutory duty to take care of the goods. This means that goods should be returned in their original, unused condition. Books which have been creased or otherwise marked will be considered to have been used and will not be refundable.
You are responsible for payment of any Local Taxes and Import Duties levied in the country of the delivery address.
If you have not received your order within a period of time that you consider adequate (depending on your location) please contact us.
