MEMBERSHIP
Membership of our Society is open to anyone, anywhere in the world. Our membership year runs from 1st September to 31st August. On joining you will receive a new members' pack (details below). You will also receive a copy of our quarterly Journals (published in January, April, July and October) and be able to download a pdf version of the Members' Listing and Members' Surname Interest Listing (published annually in January), from the Members' Pages of the website.
Your new members' pack will include the following:-
- A welcome letter with your log in and password for the 'members only' area of this website.
- NNWFHS booklet "Discovering Your Roots in and Around Nuneaton & North Warwickshire" - a guide for new researchers (also available as a downloadable pdf file via the members only of this website).
- A pdf version (by email) of the latest Members' Listing and Members' Surname Interest Listing - published annually in January. Please note that members who do not have an email address may apply for a free copy of this publication in printed form.
New members joining between 1st September and 30th June will have their membership backdated to the start of the membership year and, therefore, will also receive copies of all Journals published since the start of the year.
Applicants for Membership after 1st of July will be assumed to be joining for the succeeding year, (unless otherwise requested).
We will soon be taking subscriptions for the 2013-14 membership year
The Committee has considered the effect of substantially increased postal charges upon our overseas members and have decided to offer an E-subscription rate, for overseas members ONLY. The subscription rates will mirror those of our U.K. members, however ALL documentation, including the quarterly Journal, will be sent to them as e-mail attachments, rather than in paper form. Overseas members are asked to consider which category they wish to apply for; the relevant changes will be made to the PayPal application form shortly.
For 2013 - 2014 annual subscriptions will be as follows:
