Died of Meningitis: QM Auxiliary Hospital, Isleworth 22nd February 1919 aged 26. She had been taken ill in Boulogne where she had served all of her time in the war effort.

  • Awarded British War and Victory Medals.
  • Daughter of Reverend Arthur Worsley Smyth and his wife Marie. Rev Smyth was the Vicar of Monks Kirby 1915-1923
  • NNWFHS Memorial: Monks Kirby and Stretton-under-Fosse
