  • Son of John and Ann Chadwick, 51 Brighton Place, Aston, Birmingham
  • He left his effects to a Harriet Wincote. No trace of marriage found but there was a Nurse called Harriet Wincote in the 1911 census. This is speculation but it is possible that she nursed him at Whalley
  • NNWFHS Memorial: Glascote
