    Wounded in the neck on the 21st Mar 1916. His battery was part of the 20th (light) Division (broken up 30th Aug 16). Buried Lijssenthoek military cemetery. Resident of Tower Hill, Bidford. Husband of Mrs W.Mumford, Gunner Mumford left 2 young children. Joined in January 1915. Before the war he was employed as a farm carter.
